Tuesday, 9/26

Hello parents! It has been quite a couple HOT days in our room! It will be one more hot day until we get some cool air on Thursday! So tomorrow, please have your child wear shorts and short sleeves....and bring a water bottle!

Today in math, module 1, lesson 13, we looked at the inverse relationship between division and multiplication. It's important, when working on those basic math facts, to do both at the same time so solidify that understanding.

In ELA I met with some reading groups and studetns worked on their MUST DO as well as their centers. We took the first part of our ELA beginning of the year benchmark assessment.

In Social Studies we worked on map skills and will finish up our unit on Mexico by next week.
